Progress claims, variations, extensions of time, contract reviews, and cost forecasting. We provide clear, defensible commercial counsel to contractor and owner side clients through all project phases.

Study management
Managing studies from concept through to sanction ready, including geotechnical and geophysical programs, design development, regulatory approvals management, procurement strategy, and budget development.
